哈尔滨之夏格外迷人。应《黑龙江档案》编辑部邀请,七月七日至十一日,北京、上海、江苏、浙江、吉林、甘肃、湖南等档案刊物编辑聚会在美丽的松花江畔,总结交流经验,探讨办刊中的问题。黑龙江省档案局副局长、《黑龙江档案》总编盛彦同志和副局长、副总编刘晓光同志主持了会议,《档案工作》副总编周经同志应邀参加了会议。
