通过重量分析、形态学观察和细胞核DNA相对含量的测定研究了5-Fu对大白鼠前列腺组织的作用。结果:5-Fu对阉割后由睾丸酮刺激的大白鼠腹侧叶前列腺组织的快速生长和正常未阉割大鼠的前列腺组织均有明显的抑制作用。在亚细胞水平观察,5-Fu主要作用于内质网系统。大剂量睾丸酮能部分拮抗5-Fu的作用。讨论了5-Fu的抗雄性激素作用及其机理。
The effects of 5-Fu on the prostate tissue of rats were studied by gravimetric analysis, morphological observation and determination of the relative content of nuclear DNA. RESULTS: 5-Fu had a significant inhibitory effect on the rapid growth of prostate tissue in testis-stimulated ventral lobes of rats after castration and in normal non-castrated rats. At subcellular level, 5-Fu mainly acts on the endoplasmic reticulum system. High-dose testosterone can partially antagonize the role of 5-Fu. The anti-androgenic effect of 5-Fu and its mechanism were discussed.
