都说教师是人类灵魂的工程师,太阳底下最光辉的职业。那么从事了一辈子的老教师在即将退休前又有怎样的感想呢?或许每位教师都会对自己做了一生的工作有一个总结,有成绩也有不足,虽然教师职业很清贫,工作任务繁重琐碎,但成就感与幸福感是其他职业无法相比的,这也是为什么教师退休前仍然要坚守岗位、发挥余热的原因所在。
Say teachers are human soul engineers, the most brilliant career under the sun. So what do you think of the old teachers who have been engaged in lifelong retiring before they are about to retire? Perhaps every teacher will have a summary of his life-long work and some achievements. Although the teacher’s profession is very poor and the tasks are heavy and trivial, But the sense of accomplishment and happiness are incomparable with other occupations, which is why teachers still have to stick to their posts before retirement, to exert the residual heat.
