患者分别为男性53岁,女性52岁,2例患者为夫妇。将曼陀罗叶误当野菜食用,食后20min出现中毒症状。均有精神症状,曈孔增大,皮肤干燥、潮红,口腔黏膜干燥,烦躁不安,神志恍惚,谵忘;男性出现反应迟钝,答非所问,面色苍白,手脚不自主抖动,继而昏迷伴阵发性抽搐,腋温达38.7℃。心电图检查:心律失常频发房性早搏;2例胆碱脂酶都正常;血常规白细胞增高(12.1～16.7)×109/L,中性
