目的总结颅咽管瘤切除术后常见并发症的防治措施。方法分析127例颅咽管瘤手术后所出现的各种并发症的临床资料。结果颅咽管瘤术后常见并发症为尿崩、水电解质平衡失调、高热、高血糖和癫痫,其发生率分别为82.7%、81.1%、47.2%、44.9%和13.4%。结论颅咽管瘤术后并发症多,早期预防和治疗,可进一步提高该病的治愈率。
Objective To summarize the prevention and treatment of common complications after craniopharyngioma resection. Methods The clinical data of 127 cases of craniopharyngiomas after operation were analyzed. Results The common postoperative complications of craniopharyngioma were diabetes insipidus, water and electrolyte imbalance, high fever, hyperglycemia and epilepsy. The incidence rates were 82.7%, 81.1%, 47.2%, 44.9% and 13.4% respectively. Conclusion Craniopharyngioma postoperative complications, early prevention and treatment, can further improve the cure rate of the disease.
