针对静电除尘器高频电源系统具有复杂性、时变性和非线性的特性,在ESP高频电源控制系统中引入PID控制与模糊控制相结合的控制算法。该算法利用模糊逻辑对PID参数进行在线整定,让PID参数根据系统的误差和误差的变化率做出调整,以适应误差与误差变化率对控制参数的不同要求,使系统获得良好的控制品质。仿真结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制器有效改善了静电除尘高频电源系统的动态性能,提高了系统控制精度,使系统具有更好的抗扰能力。
Considering the complexity, time-varying and non-linearity characteristics of electrostatic precipitator high-frequency power system, a control algorithm based on PID control and fuzzy control is introduced in ESP high-frequency power control system. The algorithm uses fuzzy logic to adjust the PID parameters on-line so that the PID parameters can be adjusted according to the error rate and error rate of the system to adapt to the different requirements of error and error rate on the control parameters so that the system can obtain good control quality. The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the electrostatic precipitator and high frequency power system, improve the system control accuracy and make the system better anti-interference ability.
