目的 了解碘缺乏病防治工作进展情况。方法 按卫生部监测方案要求 ,随机抽取 5所小学校 2 0 0名 8~ 1 0岁的儿童 ,用触诊法检查甲状腺大小 ;同时 ,采集尿样 1 0 0份和碘盐 4 0 9份 ,分别采用砷铈催化分光光度测定接触法和直接滴定法分析尿碘含量与盐碘含量。结果 儿童甲状腺肿大率触诊法为 2 .5 % ;尿碘中位数 4 6 1 .1 μg/L ,大于 2 0 0 μg/L的占 88% ;平均盐碘浓度 2 7.6 5mg/kg ,碘盐合格率 99.5 %。 结论 监测结果说明我区碘缺乏病防治工作 ,继 2 0 0 0年实现碘缺乏病的阶段性目标后 ,防治成果得以巩固。同时也显示 ,为了有效地控制碘缺乏病 ,应当科学地降低食盐加碘量 ,以利人群摄入合适的碘量
Objective To understand the progress of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to the requirements of the Ministry of Health monitoring program, 200 children from 8 to 10 years old in 5 primary schools were randomly selected for thyroid size examination by palpation. Meanwhile, 100 urine samples and 409 iodized salt samples were collected. Arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometric determination of contact method and direct titration urine iodine content and iodine content. Results The rate of thyroid goiter in children was 2.5%. The urinary iodine median was 41.61.1 μg / L, 88% higher than 200 μg / L. The average salt iodine concentration was 7.66 mg / kg , Iodized salt pass rate of 99.5%. Conclusions The monitoring results show that the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in our district has been consolidating since the phased goal of achieving iodine deficiency disorders in 2000. Also showed that in order to effectively control iodine deficiency disorders, iodized salt should be scientifically reduced to facilitate the population intake of appropriate iodine
