本文对柴油机活塞的计算模型加以简化,提出了所谓“半区域模型”,采用半区域模型研究活塞热负荷时,可以不对活塞裙部计算,而仅考虑活塞上半部分,从而可明显地简化计算工作。实例分析表明:半区域模型比整体活塞模型的计算内存与数据准备工作量可减少20%左右,同时可节约边界元的计算时间约40%;而其计算精度与整体模型的基本相同,具有实用意义。
In this paper, the calculation model of diesel piston is simplified, and the so-called “semi-area model” is proposed. When the semi-area model is used to study the piston thermal load, the calculation of piston skirt can be done without considering the upper part of the piston, jobs. The case study shows that the computational memory and data preparation workload of the semi-area model can be reduced by about 20% compared with the overall piston model, and the computational time of the boundary element can be saved by about 40%. The calculation accuracy of the half-area model is basically the same as that of the overall model, significance.
