On November 9, 2015, the State Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau held the fifth theoretical study (enlargement) of leading bodies to convey the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and to study and implement the “Guidelines for Integrity and Self-discipline of the Chinese Communist Party” (hereinafter referred to as “ Guidelines ”) and the“ Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Discipline (hereinafter referred to as the ”Ordinance"). Deputy director of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Administration Huang Yuzhi presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting pointed out: The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is aiming at building a well-off society in an all-round way and accomplishing the goal of the first one hundred years.
