早籼广陆矮4号,是广东省农科院用广场矮3784与陆财号杂交选育而成。1968年引入我省,先后在全省各地进行试种鉴定,表现结实率高、抗病力较强,是早籼迟熟品种中的一个高产良种。1972年全省早稻一季种植60余万亩,普遍表现耐肥、高产、增产潜力大,适应性较强。据全省22个县、市的55个大队、农场的统计,共种植4720.7亩,平均亩产935.6斤,比矮脚南特增产一成左右。瑞安县邵宅大队种植412亩,平均亩产1009.2斤;温岭县良种场作春花田早稻种植63.37亩,平均亩产
Early indica Canton Lu short 4, is the Guangdong Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences with short 3784 square and Lu Cai hybrid breeding. Introduced to our province in 1968, successively in all parts of the province for trial identification, the performance of high seed setting, strong resistance to disease, early indica late maturing varieties in a high-yielding varieties.
