人才是医院发展的核心竞争力,也是医院赖以生存、发展的根本。2009年始,我院以树型结构为理论基础,结合自身发展实践,按照医学人才成长规律,创新性地建立了医院“人才树”工程。“人才树”工程坚持“人才精细化管理”理念,引入树形结构理论和职业路径理论,构建了人才“基底—树干—树冠”三级培养新体系。即从专业技术人员起步教育、中青年学术骨干培养及高层次人才选拔等入手,坚持全面提升与重点培养相结合,创新人才培育、使用及激励机制,最大限度地发挥人才潜能,在实践中逐步探索出一条符合医院情况、独具特色的人才建设之路。
