当前,世界经济形势异常复杂,呈现明显的后危机特征,复苏震荡蹒跚,形势混沌不清,信心跌宕起伏,市场脆弱多变,金融乱象丛生,经济呈高度不确定性。后危机时代,世界经济进入表面强劲、实际脆弱、不确定性上升的高风险发展期,国际力量格局加速调整,重心向新兴市场尤其是亚洲转移。展望2011年,世界经济增速将放缓,但扩张面拓宽,发展更能持续,趋势更趋明朗。
At present, the world economic situation is extremely complicated with obvious post-crisis features. The recovery turmoil is stagnant, the situation is chaotic, the confidence is ups and downs, the market is fragile and volatile, the financial turmoil is bursting, and the economy is highly uncertain. In the post-crisis era, the world economy entered a period of high-risk development characterized by strength, weakness and uncertainty. The international forces accelerated their readjustment and shifted their focus to emerging markets, especially to Asia. Looking into 2011, the world economic growth will slow down, but the expansion will broaden and the development will be sustained and the trend will become clearer.
