劳动力要素的流动是均衡配置区间资源的重要途径,对区域经济发展产生重大影响。劳动力跨地区流动对流入地的“乘数效应”与对流出地的“扩散效应”之间存在效率差异,而这种差异是区域差距不断扩大的根源之一。因此,要促进区域经济的协调发展,必须建立劳动力流动与区域经济协调发展的协同机制,重点是发展落后地区的城市群,以落后地区城市群的发展来统筹城乡、区域发展。
The flow of labor factors is an important way to balance the allocation of resources in different regions and has a significant impact on the development of regional economy. There is a difference in efficiency between the “multiplier effect” of labor mobility across regions and the “diffusion effect” of outflowing places, and this difference is one of the sources of the growing regional disparity. Therefore, in order to promote the coordinated development of regional economy, it is necessary to establish a synergistic mechanism for the coordinated development of labor mobility and regional economy, focusing on the development of urban agglomerations in underdeveloped regions and the development of urban agglomerations in backward regions to co-ordinate the development of urban and rural areas and regions.
