从白手起家到第一鞋王 经过20多年的发展,分为两个阶段。从1997年白手起家创办皮鞋生产作坊算起,到1990年成为江苏制鞋第一强,为森达的初期创业阶段。当时是既无市场、人才,又无资金和品牌,靠借脑指导、借牌生产、负债经营、大胆创新,抢得了一块赖以生存和发展的市场空间。
From scratch, to the first shoe king After more than 20 years of development, it is divided into two phases. Starting from scratch in 1997 when the leather shoes production workshop was started, it became the first strong shoe in Jiangsu in 1990 and was the initial stage of entrepreneurship for Senda. At that time, there was no market, no talent, no capital and brand, relying on brain guidance, license production, debt management, bold innovation, and grabbed a market space for survival and development.
