人体肺腺癌异种移植于T细胞免疫缺陷裸鼠的模型应用于抗癌化合物的复筛。经同一化合物三次实验结果显示具有较好的重现性及量效关系。应用于复筛命中率较高,即可节约实验经费又对临床实际有一定的指导意义。
