当前,在民用住宅以及工业高层建筑抗震加固设计中,多采用花篮螺栓张紧钢拉杆。花篮螺栓不仅单价高(φ16钢拉杆所用的20×300花篮螺栓每个为6.67元),增加加固费用,而且常因用量大造成市场供不应求,影响加固工程进度。另外,人工张紧花篮螺栓使钢拉杆建立的拉力有限,一般不超过300公斤,在长期使用过程中,若受敲击等震动作用使花篮螺栓松扣而损失已建立的拉力。而且为张紧钢拉杆需留一定操作面供旋转花篮螺栓用,致使钢拉杆不得不离开墙面和楼面一定距离。这样既不美观,又占室内空间,效果也差。
