本文结合我们设计窑炉控制系统时采用的软、硬件抗干扰措施,谈谈我们的工作体会,特别是利用软件设计实现抗干扰的措施。利用这些抗干扰措施设计的沸腾炉、双层辊道窑、时效炉计算机控制系统都取得了长期可靠运行的效果。 1.硬件抗干扰措施 (1)电源设计 系统电源配置见图1,采用两级稳压。计算机在自己内部进行直流稳压,工业控制机有自己的专用稳压电源,而接口板另配有二路直流稳压电源,与计算机共地的部分用+5V(1),不能与计算机共地的部分用+5V(2)。功放部分可用单独地(1/=)或与(⊥)共地。
This article combines our software and hardware anti-interference measures used in the design of furnace control system to talk about our work experience, especially the use of software design to achieve anti-interference measures.
