目的识别、分析新疆某燃煤发电厂新建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,提供合理可行的职业病防治措施与建议。方法采用类比法和检查表法对可能存在的职业病危害进行定性和定量评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、氨、高温、噪声和工频电场等,类比现场检测结果表明:生产性粉尘岗位检测合格率为80.0%,噪声合格率为73.7%,各种化学毒物浓度、高温和工频电场均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。但如果认真落实拟采取的各项职业病防护措施,该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that may occur in a new coal-fired power plant project in Xinjiang, identify the types of hazards, and provide reasonable and feasible prevention and control measures for occupational diseases. Methods The methods of analogy and checklist were used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the possible occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, ammonia, high temperature, noise and power frequency electric field. The results of analogical field tests showed that the passing rate of productive dust post was 80.0% The rate of 73.7%, various concentrations of chemical poisons, high temperature and power frequency electric field are in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion This project belongs to a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases. However, if the occupational disease prevention measures to be taken are implemented conscientiously, the possible occupational hazards that the project may produce are preventable and controllable.
