阜阳市自70年代用电以来,农村已发生触电伤亡事故上百起,现已引起了各级领导的重视。根据本人多年从事安全用电管理工作的经验,现将各类事故综合分析如下: 一、触电事故的种类及比例 1、按电压等级分 380/220V低压线路设备上触电死亡人数占死亡总数的87％,10KV电压设备和线路上的触电死亡事故占总数的13％;其中在高压线下建房、打井、砍伐树木等触电死亡人数占高压事故的89％,违章作业造成的触电死亡人数占11％。 2、按时间分 农村触电事故6～9月份占全年触电死亡人数的77％。 3、按触电人员分 触电死亡人数中,16岁以下的青少年占14％,小学生占多数,最小
