目的探讨16层螺旋CT在诊断茎突综合征中的价值。方法对22例临床疑似茎突综合征的患者使用16层螺旋CT扫描并进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)及容积重建(VR)测量茎突长度、茎咽距、茎突前倾角及内倾角。结果 22例患者中18例为茎突过长,其中7例为双侧过长;茎咽距过小3例;方位角异常10例。结论 16层螺旋CT结合三维重建可以准确显示茎突的形态、长度、走行方向及解剖关系。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome. Methods Twenty-two patients with clinically suspected styloid process syndrome were examined by multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum density projection (MIP), surface occlusion display (SSD) and volume reconstruction , Stem pharyngeal, styloid anteversion and camber. Results Among the 22 patients, 18 cases were overgrowth, of which 7 cases were bilateral long; the stem pharyngeal was too small in 3 cases; the azimuthal angle was abnormal in 10 cases. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT combined with three-dimensional reconstruction can accurately show the morphology, length, walking direction and anatomic relationship.
