故障现象:一台飞利浦CDV400/15型影碟机,通电开启电源后,视盘被卡在机内,不能转动,即无法弹出又无法下落,数秒钟后,机器自动关断电源自保。分析检修:据现象分析机械系统有故障,影碟机的机械部分较简单,而电路部分却很复杂,所以要求精度更高。正常情况下,在非放像状态视盘应与盘架一起下落,位于机内底部,处于等待状态位置,只有在放像时,才将视盘托顶起,恰夹于视盘主轴上下两个固定托架之中。故障现象是视盘被卡在机内,位置不对,即不能弹出又不能下落到位,很明显加载机构存在问题,而故障部位可能性最大的是机械系统中的中间轮的小齿磨
