随着我国造船工业的发展,船舶吨位及其产量日益增加,焊接工作量越来越大。特别是平面拚板焊接量尤为繁重。为适应造船工业发展需要,我厂在现有设备条件下,为进一步提高生产率,研究了加间隙不开坡口双面自动焊接法。我们在常用的22毫米厚的板上做试验。在橡皮软管中通入压缩空气把石棉板托在焊缝下面做衬垫(见图1)。经多次试验,效果较好。正面熔深超过板厚的一半,背面熔深与正面焊缝根部有足够的熔合,表面成形
With the development of shipbuilding industry in our country, the tonnage of ships and its output are increasing day by day, and the workload of welding is getting bigger and bigger. Especially flat puzzle welding is particularly heavy. In order to meet the needs of shipbuilding industry development, under the existing equipment conditions, our factory has studied the double-sided automatic welding method with gap without groove in order to further improve the productivity. We test on a commonly used 22 mm thick plate. Compressed air is introduced into the rubber hose to cushion the asbestos plate below the weld (see Figure 1). After many tests, the effect is better.
