一、概况上海的新式里弄、旧式里弄住房和花园住宅占全市住宅总数的52%,这些住宅一般采用油毡作为墙身避潮层,由于建造的时间久远,砖墙避潮层存在着不同程度的老化腐烂,致使底层室内墙面潮湿、家具衣物霉烂,影响居民的身体健康和房屋的正常使用,是当前房管部门维修工作中的一个突出问题。根据建设部住宅局和上海市房管局下达的课题,于一九八二年至一九八五年对房屋砖墙避潮层修理技术进行了研究,今简介如下:

Due to the long construction time, there are different degrees of Aging rot, resulting in the underlying interior walls of damp, furniture, clothing rotten, affecting the health of residents and the normal use of the house, is a prominent issue in the current housing management department maintenance work. According to the issues issued by the Housing Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Shanghai Municipal Housing Authority, a study was conducted on the repair technology of the brick-wall anti-tide layer of houses from 1982 to 1985.
