用溶血试验测定不同物理学性状铝尘的生物学作用。实验用铝尘有5μm片状铝,1、5、7.5、10、15μm粒状铝共6种。结果表明,不同粒径的粒状铝溶血活性有显著差异,铝尘粒径越小其溶血活性越强;在相同粒径情况下,片状铝溶血活性强于粒状铝。相同表面积、不同重量铝尘的溶血试验结果显示粒径、剂量对铝尘溶血活性的影响比表面积、粒子数更为重要。铝尘溶血指数高低与其体内致肺脏纤维化能力基本平行。
Hemolysis test to determine the biological effects of different physical properties of aluminum dust. Experimental aluminum dust 5μm flake aluminum, 1,5,7.5,10,15 μm granular aluminum total of 6 species. The results showed that the hemolytic activity of granular aluminum with different particle sizes was significantly different. The smaller the aluminum dust particle size, the stronger the hemolytic activity. In the same particle size, the hemolytic activity of aluminum flake was stronger than that of granular aluminum. The same surface area, different weights of aluminum dust hemolysis test results show that the particle size, dose aluminum hemolysis activity than the surface area, the number of particles is more important. Aluminum dust hemolysis index level with the body caused by pulmonary fibrosis basically parallel.
