绩效考核对教师的教学行为、教学效果具有很强的指导、促进和监督的作用。在国际汉语教师方面,绩效考核却尚未引进,这与汉语推广规模不断扩大的国内外形势不相适应。本文尝试从参照标准、考核内容、考核方法、计算方法和奖惩措施等五个方面探讨孔子学院汉语教师的绩效考核标准的制定问题,以期进一步规范孔子学院的教学管理。
Performance evaluation of the teaching of teachers, teaching effectiveness has a strong guide, promote and supervise the role. In the aspect of international Chinese teachers, the performance appraisal has not yet been introduced, which is incompatible with the continuous expansion of Chinese at home and abroad. This article tries to discuss the formulation of performance appraisal standards for Chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes from five aspects: reference standards, assessment content, assessment methods, calculation methods and incentive measures, with a view to further standardize the teaching management of Confucius Institutes.
