从2001年9月份开始,江西省国税局在全系统分步实施深化税收征管改革、机构改革和人事制度改革,并全面推广应用中国税收征管信息系统(原CTAIS)(以下简称“三改一推”)。目前已经全面完成了“三改一推”工作任务,构建了信息化支持下的专业化税收征管新格局,走出了一条经济欠发达地区建立现代征管体系的新路子。近日,本刊记者(以下简称“记”)就“三改一推”的相关问题采访了江西省国家税务局局长周广仁(以下简称“周”)。
From September 2001 onwards, Jiangxi Provincial Internal Revenue Service implemented step-by-step system-wide reform of tax collection and administration, institutional reform and personnel system reform, and comprehensively promoted the application of China’s Tax Collection and Administration Information System (formerly CTAIS) (hereinafter referred to as “ ”).
