目的评价ELISA在华支睾吸虫病高发区的应用价值。方法分析ELISA和改良加藤厚涂片法检查华支睾吸虫病高发区人群感染情况。结果 ELISA与Kato-Katz结果比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.000;ELISA的灵敏度为99.68%,特异性为98.63%,约登指数为98.32%,粗一致性为99.10%,调整一致性为99.09%。结论ELISA作为筛检实验其灵敏度、特异性、约登指数、一致性等指标均可达到理想水平,与流行病学史和治疗史结合可更好的发挥快速和敏感特点,若与Kato-Katz联合应用可提高华支睾吸虫实验室诊断水平。
Objective To evaluate the value of ELISA in the high incidence of clonorchiasis. Method analysis ELISA and modified Kato thick smear method to detect human infection of Clonorchis sinensis in a high incidence area. Results The difference between ELISA and Kato-Katz was statistically significant (P = 0.000). The sensitivity of ELISA was 99.68%, specificity was 98.63%, Youden index was 98.32%, crude consistency was 99.10%, and the consistency of adjustment was 99.09 %. Conclusion ELISA as a screening test sensitivity, specificity, Youden index, consistency and other indicators can reach the desired level, with the history of epidemiology and treatment history can play a more rapid and sensitive characteristics, if with Kato-Katz Combined use can improve Clonorchis sinensis laboratory diagnostic level.
