从大叶桉Eucalyptus robusta Sm.叶中分得一种黄色酚性油状物,鼠疟筛选表明,它是大叶桉的主要抗疟成分,反相薄层层析和反相高效液相层析表明,它为多种酚性芳香醛类似物的混合物。
A yellow phenolic oil was isolated from the leaves of Eucalyptus robusta Sm., which was shown to be a major anti-malarial component of E. grandis by reverse phase thin-layer chromatography and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. It shows that it is a mixture of various phenolic aromatic aldehyde analogues.
