柿树含单宁较多,砧穗接面暴露于空气中,极易氧化形成隔离层,阻碍树液畅通,影响接口愈合,致使嫁接成活率低。为提高柿树嫁接成活率必须注意以下问题。 1.嫁接技术要熟练,以提高嫁接速度,缩短砧穗接面暴露于空气中的时间,减少切面氧化反应和水分蒸发。 2.嫁接刀具要锋利,以保证砧木和接穗的切面平直,两者形成层对齐、贴合,而不留缝隙,利于愈合。
