怎样对百分表示值实现快而准的检定,是万能量具检修者所盼望的。为了解决这个问题,我们在中国计量科学研究院出的百分表检具上,做了些小改进,收到了较好的效果,效率和精度都有了提高。具体办法如下:一、结构及其动作原理将原检具上的百分尺从支座上拆除,换上如图1所示的 B 部分,其余一概不动。B 部分的具体结构如图2所示。我们用的是“上量”出的百分尺,将弓架拆除,在微分丝母的一湍压入等分盘2(参看图3),然后再压上压套1(等分盘和压套也可做成一个零件),使另件1、2、12成为一体。转动盘6(参看图4)从螺母的另一端装入成滑动配合,然后背上百分尺内的锁紧螺母,以调整其在转动时的轴向窜动。把钢球5、压簧3、调整螺丝4按图2装配好。再把微分丝杆8拧入微
