用采自温室的87 个甜瓜的基因型来测定其对白粉病菌的致病反应,并检测甜瓜白粉病菌的生理小种。结果表明,Sphaerothecafuliginea 是引起杭州春季白粉病发生的主要病原菌,甜瓜白粉病菌属于生理小种2 ,甜瓜不同株系叶片对白粉病菌的抗性,室内检测结果与其田间调查结果之间呈良好的正相关。在被检测的87 个甜瓜基因型株系中,有24 个基因型对白粉病菌生理小种2 表现抗性。
The 87 melon genotypes collected from the greenhouse were used to determine their pathogenicity to powdery mildew and the physiological races of powdery mildew of Melon. The results showed that Sphaerotheca fuliginea was the main pathogen that caused the powdery mildew in spring in Hangzhou. Powdery mildew of Melon belonged to the race 2. The resistance to powdery mildew of different strains of melon leaves showed good positive correlation with indoor survey results . Among the 87 melon genotypes tested, 24 genotypes showed resistance to powdery mildew physiological race 2.
