“The Belt and Road” is China’s international initiative of mutual benefit, win-win and common development as the world’s largest developing country and a newly emerging country with the backdrop of long-term downturn in the world economy. It is rooted in a profound Chinese culture that represents China’s values and has a different spiritual core from the Western-led economic globalization. “Belt and Road” mostly along the developing countries.
