攥指成拳,聚力前行。党的十八大以来,追逃追赃一改过去“九龙治水”的局面,建立起上下联动、左右互通的协调机制,形成了强大的工作合力7月31日,在中央追逃办的统筹指导下,经河北省相关单位共同努力,外逃美国19年的“百名红通人员”第71号黄红主动回国投案。这是在中央反腐败协调小组统一指挥下,各级追逃办凝心聚力啃下的又一块“硬骨头”。至此,“百名红通人员”已追回43人。
