世界500强企业、全球建材行业排名前两位的中国建材集团与法国圣戈班所属Avancis公司近日签署资产交割协议,中国建材集团所属蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院正式并购Avancis公司。至此,中国薄膜太阳能光伏产业链实现全线打通,中建材蚌埠玻璃院将率先在国内推进新一代铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳能电池国产化。此次并购目标是要在3~5年内,打造成世界第一的以铜铟镓硒为主导的薄膜太阳能电池研发制造企业。中建材蚌埠玻璃院收购Avancis公司的全部资产,并将保留和引进该公司的全部技术团队,继续运营A-vancis的技
The world's top 500 enterprises, the world's top two building materials industry, China Building Materials Group and the French Saint-Gobain owned Avancis company recently signed the asset delivery agreement, China Building Materials Group owned Bengbu Glass Industrial Design and Research Institute officially merged Avancis company.
