江苏省海安县邓庄乡教育经费会计朱信学,管家理财,连续七年被县教育局评为先进工作者,当选县人民代表大会代表,被誉为信得过的会计。他从1975年起担任邓庄乡教育经费会计。全乡9所学校,142名教职员工的工资、福利和学费等开支都要经他的手,工作量大又繁琐。他经办的会计凭单近万份,金额达十六七万元,从来没有发生过差错,同事们对他这种精神赞叹不已。
