NBA是世界上商业操作最成功的体育赛事之一,每年仅球员的薪水支出就已超过30亿美元;其中最顶尖的球员年收入可超过3000万美元。本文以NBA 2014-2015的数据为例,探究影响NBA球员薪金的主要因素:NBA球员的综合能力值;NBA球员的年龄;NBA球员的出勤率;NBA球员所属球队的胜率;NBA球员的发展前景并建立NBA球员薪资与这些影响因素的多远线性回归模型,最后对我国CBA篮球联赛球员的薪资管理提出合理化的建议。
The NBA is one of the most successful sporting events in business operations in the world, with players earning more than $ 3 billion a year alone; the top players can earn more than $ 30 million annually. This article uses NBA 2014-2015 data as an example to explore the main factors affecting NBA players ’salaries: NBA players’ overall abilities; NBA player age; NBA player attendance; NBA player’s team’s winning percentage; NBA player’s development Prospects and establish the NBA player salary and how far these factors affect the linear regression model, and finally put forward reasonable suggestions for the salary management of China’s CBA basketball players.
