联想正在为即将到来的融合做着全方位的准备。尽管美国政府对“联想并购IBMPC”一案还在按照“必要的程序”进行审查,预计在3月底才能审查结束,但联想集团已经迫不及待地希望发挥并购带来的规模协同效应,在全球采购和生产制造上尽快发挥效益。从全球化的业务运营角度出发,联想对自身的运营结构进行了大调整,对新财年的战略重点也做了有针对性的布局。
