目的:测定双氯芬酸钠分散片的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),其测定条件为YWG-C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-36%(V/V)醋酸(70:30:2)为流动相,检测波长为260nm,非那西丁为内标。结果:双氯芬酸钠在5.03~50.25mg·L-1,浓度范围内线性关系良好(γ=0.9999),平均回收率为100.8%(RSD=0.4%,n=5)。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确、快速
Objective: To determine the content of diclofenac sodium dispersible tablets. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The detection conditions were YWG-C18 column, methanol-water-36% (v / v) acetic acid 70:30:2 and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Phenacetin is an internal standard. RESULTS: Diclofenac had a good linearity (γ = 0.9999) at a concentration range of 5.03 ~ 50.25 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 100.8% (RSD = 0.4%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and rapid
