目的：测定双氯芬酸钠分散片的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），其测定条件为YWG－C18色谱柱，甲醇-水-36％（V／V）醋酸（70：30：2）为流动相，检测波长为260nm，非那西丁为内标。结果：双氯芬酸钠在5.03～50.25mg·L-1，浓度范围内线性关系良好（γ＝0.9999），平均回收率为100.8％（RSD＝0.4％,n＝5）。结论：该法简便、灵敏、准确、快速
Objective: To determine the content of diclofenac sodium dispersible tablets. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The detection conditions were YWG-C18 column, methanol-water-36% (v / v) acetic acid 70:30:2 and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Phenacetin is an internal standard. RESULTS: Diclofenac had a good linearity (γ = 0.9999) at a concentration range of 5.03 ~ 50.25 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 100.8% (RSD = 0.4%, n = 5).
