中央采矿开发研究院对胶带输送机电子控制设备(自动控制技术)的研究已进行了很长时间。前些年研究的胶带输送机本质安全型COME,控制系统,现在由某煤炭公司所属一家机器工厂大量生产,为沼气煤矿服务。它的改进型COME_(x2)系统采用了CMOS技术为基础的微处理机电路,属于COSMAC(计算机软件管理和控制)类型。除了对少数外部设备改进以外,改进型系统的结构几乎与原来的胶带输送机控制系统完全相同。由于采用了非常复杂的可编程元件,因而减少了部件的数量,提高了可靠性。应用微机能够扩展控制设备的功能,另外一方面,通过改变软件,还使该设备的特性能根据煤矿工艺要求的变化进行修改。
The Central Research Institute of Mining and Development of tape conveyor electronic control equipment (automatic control technology) research has been carried out for a long time. The Conveyor Intrinsically Safe COME, a control system researched a few years ago, is now mass-produced by a coal plant owned by a coal company and serves biogas mines. Its improved COME_ (x2) system uses CMOS technology-based microprocessor circuitry, of the COSMAC (Computer Software Management and Control) type. In addition to improvements to a few external devices, the improved system is almost identical in structure to the original belt conveyor control system. The use of very complex programmable components reduces the number of components and increases reliability. Microcomputer-based applications can extend the capabilities of control equipment. On the other hand, by changing the software, the features of the device can be adapted to changes in the mine’s process requirements.
