为探讨舟山渔民体重指数(BMI)、体脂分布(WHR)与血脂、血压、血糖的关系,我们调查了浙江舟山朱家尖渔民1000名,年龄35~59岁。测量其身高、体重、腰围、臀围、心率及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP);同时测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(HDL—C)、甘油三脂(TG)和空腹血糖(FBS)。结果显示:(1)女性的BMI高于男性;而男性的WHR明显高于女性。(2)无论男女,BMI和WHR与TC、TG、SBP、DBP、FBS呈正相关;与HDL—C呈负相关。(3)调整年龄、BMI后,男性TC、TG、FBS、DBP,女性TG、FBS仍与WHR呈正相关。结果提示WHR是反映人群血脂、血压及血糖水平的重要指标,尤其是对血脂异常更为重要。WHR的方法简便、无创、重复性及可比性较好,又是流行病学和人群防治的良好指村标。
To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI), body fat distribution (WHR) and blood lipids, blood pressure and blood sugar in Zhoushan fishermen, we surveyed 1000 fishermen in Zhujiajian, Zhoushan, Zhejiang province aged 35-59 years old. Body height, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, heart rate, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured. Serum total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglyceride TG) and fasting blood glucose (FBS). The results showed that: (1) Women’s BMI was higher than men’s, while men’s WHR was significantly higher than women’s. (2) BMI and WHR were positively correlated with TC, TG, SBP, DBP and FBS, both men and women, and negatively correlated with HDL-C. (3) After adjusting for age, BMI, male TC, TG, FBS, DBP, female TG, FBS still had a positive correlation with WHR. The results suggest that WHR is an important indicator of blood lipids, blood pressure and blood glucose levels, especially for dyslipidemia is more important. The WHR method is simple, non-invasive, reproducible and comparable, but also a good indicator of epidemiology and population control.
