近几年来,各地以《教育部关于基础教育课程改革实验区初中毕业考试与普通高中招生制度改革的指导意见(教基〔2005〕2号)》(以下简称《指导意见》)为直接依据,对高中学校招生进行了新的探索,反映了这个领域的最新进展。本文通过对这种探索的分析,为进一步改进和完善我国高中学校招生制度提供若干对策。为了行文的方便,本文将初中毕业生学业考试简称为学业考试,将初中毕业生综合素质评价简称为综合素质评价。
In recent years, all localities and municipalities have taken the guidance of “Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Reform of Junior High School Graduation Tests in Basic Education Curriculum Reform and the Reform of Enrollment System in Ordinary Senior High Schools (Jiaoji [2005] No. 2)” (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinion) A new exploration of high school enrollment reflects the latest developments in this area. Through the analysis of this exploration, this article provides some countermeasures for further improving and perfecting the enrollment system of high school in our country. In order to facilitate the writing, this article will be referred to junior high school graduates academic examination referred to as academic examinations, junior high school graduates comprehensive quality assessment referred to as the overall quality evaluation.
