冲突是当今社会广泛存在的现象,现代企业或团队都应该正确面对冲突,充分利用良性的、建设性的冲突,进行有效的冲突管理。本文通过冲突基本概念的描述,对团队产生冲突的原因进行辨析,识别团队冲突的类型,从而对团队冲突管理的必要性有进一步的认识,并提出在处理团队冲突中的基本原则和策略。
Conflicts are a widespread phenomenon in today’s society. All modern enterprises or teams should correctly confront the conflicts and make full use of the benign and constructive conflicts for effective conflict management. Based on the description of the basic conception of conflict, this paper analyzes the causes of team conflict and identifies the type of team conflict, so as to further understand the necessity of team conflict management and put forward the basic principles and tactics in handling team conflict.
