随着我国的社会经济快速发展,社会对于实用性技术人才的需求越来越大,中等职业学校承载着为社会培养实用技能型人才的重担。目前,中职学校所提供的人才无法满足社会需求,中职学生走向社会后,对于社会适应能力较弱,通过提高中职学生的阅读写作能力,能够促进学生更快的适应企业发展。文章主要针对中职学生的语文读写能力进行分析,结合学生的特点提出具体的解决策略,为提高学生适应社会的能力奠定基础。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the demand for practical technical talents is growing in the society. Secondary vocational schools carry the burden of cultivating practical skilled personnel for the society. At present, the talents provided by secondary vocational schools can not meet the needs of society. Secondary vocational students are less able to adapt to the society after they move to society. By improving their ability of reading and writing, secondary vocational students can promote students to adapt more quickly to the development of the enterprise. The article mainly analyzes the Chinese students’ ability of reading and writing Chinese, puts forward some specific strategies to solve the problems, and lays the foundation for students to adapt to the society.
