目的探索使用自由基清除剂配合放、化疗减轻脑转移肿瘤患者的神经功能损伤的作用。方法 15例脑转移肿瘤患者入组,6例进入依达拉奉组,9例进入对照组。两组患者均常规进行放、化疗,及脱水治疗,依达拉奉组同时给以依达拉奉14d。对两组患者的肝、肾功,KPS评分、影像学变化及ESS评分结果进行对比观察。结果依达拉奉组没有发现该药物相关的不良反应,且用药前后肝、肾功差异无统计学意义。依达拉奉组治疗后的脑水肿体积及ESS评分显著好于对照组。结论对脑转移肿瘤患者使用依达拉奉安全,并能显著改善神经功能。
Objective To explore the use of free radical scavenger in combination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to alleviate the neurological impairment in patients with brain metastases. Methods Fifteen patients with brain metastases were enrolled, 6 patients entered edaravone group and 9 patients entered the control group. Both groups were routinely treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and dehydration therapy. Edaravone group was treated with edaravone for 14 days. The liver and kidney function, KPS score, imaging changes and ESS score of the two groups were compared. Results Edaravone group did not find the drug-related adverse reactions, and before and after treatment of liver and kidney function difference was not statistically significant. Edaravone group after treatment of brain edema volume and ESS score was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions The use of edaravone in patients with brain metastases is safe and can significantly improve neurological function.
