党的十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制两年来,思想政治工作随着经济体制的转换,其管理运行模式也在进行着变化。我院是实行党委领导下的院长负责制的地区级医院,从这个特定的医院领导体制出发,初步摸索总结出新形势下的医院思想政治工作仍然要以党委为核心、党政工团齐抓共管,由党群系统和行政系统两条运行线组成的“一个核心、双线运行”的管理运行模式。
