目的分析2型糖尿病患者餐后2小时血液样本对检验结果的影响。方法通过葡萄糖耐量试验,比较空腹和餐后2小时检验结果。结果丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、谷胺酰转肽酶、尿素、肌酐、尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等项目无差异(P>0.05);餐后2小时碱性磷酸酶、总胆汁酸、免疫球蛋白M升高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A显著升高(P<0.01),游离脂肪酸、补体C3、前白蛋白下降(P<0.05),胆碱酯酶、补体C4显著下降(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病细胞膜转运障碍导致常规化学、内分泌、免疫功能等多种检验结果改变,避免餐后样本使用,有利于分析前质量控制工作。
Objective To analyze the effect of 2-hour postprandial blood samples on the test results in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Through the glucose tolerance test, fasting and postprandial 2-hour test results were compared. Results There was no difference in alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total protein, albumin, glutamyl transpeptidase, urea, creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol and triglyceride (P> 0.05) (P <0.05), and the contents of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A were significantly increased (P <0.01). Free fatty acids, complement C3, Prealbumin (P <0.05), cholinesterase, complement C4 decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusions The dysfunction of membrane transport in type 2 diabetic patients leads to the change of many kinds of test results, such as routine chemistry, endocrinology and immune function, avoiding the use of postprandial samples and facilitating the analysis of pre-quality control.
