首次试图从理论上分析和阐述 Skinner 的旋劈成形工艺。该工艺十分复杂,具有动态特性,对工艺参数的变化相当敏感。忽略弹性变形影呢,提出了一种塑性力学理论,根据工具几何形状、工件材料性能、进给速度和转轴转速,估算变形力。比较理论计算结果和实验测试结果,两者差别甚大,这是忽略了弹性变形影响之故。因此,本文作者计划在下一步研究中,考虑弹性变形影响,改进并完善这一理论。此外,还将考虑摩擦和工件硬化影响。
For the first time trying to theoretically analyze and explain Skinner’s spin-forming process. The process is very complex and has dynamic properties that are quite sensitive to changes in process parameters. Ignoring the elastic deformation shadow, a plastic mechanics theory is proposed to estimate the deformation force based on the geometry of the tool, the material properties of the workpiece, the feed speed and the rotational speed of the spindle. Comparison of theoretical results and experimental test results, the two very different, it is ignored the impact of elastic deformation of the reason. Therefore, the author plans to improve and perfect this theory in the next study considering the influence of elastic deformation. In addition, friction and workpiece hardening effects will also be considered.
