PURPOSE Polyamine is an important indicator of rapid proliferation of cells. This article intends to use polyamine such biochemical characteristics of patients with malignant tumor urine polyamine determination and analysis. Methods: Solid-phase extraction (SPE) was used to improve the HPLC method of human polyamine. The common anticancer drugs (5-
