一最近各国报纸(包括美国报纸)报道:巴基斯坦政府在美国策动下,正在和美国政府磋商缔结一项关于允许美国在巴基斯坦境内设立空军基地的协定。同时还报道:巴基斯坦政府和美国政府也在商谈巴基斯坦参加在中东成立侵略性军事集团的计划问题。美国这种露骨地在外国领土上建立军事基地,和外国政府缔结军事同盟并组成军事集团的阴谋计划,不能不引起与巴基斯坦邻近的亚洲国家——苏联、中国、印度、缅甸、阿富汗、锡兰、印尼以及中东阿拉伯
