本文对国外航空、电子等重要工业部门中迅速发展的电镀新工艺——现代无槽电镀的原理、设备、工艺、镀层性能和实际应用作了系统介绍和述评。在分析、对比无槽电镀和槽镀的特点以及设备生产率的基础上,指出无槽电镀的应用对生产和战备的重要意义,它和槽镀的关系,以及无槽电镀今后的研究方向和重点。本文可供研究和使用无槽电镀的有关部门参考。
This paper systematically introduces and comments on the rapid development of electroplating new process, such as the principle, equipment, process, coating performance and practical application of modern slotless electroplating, in the foreign aviation, electronics and other important industrial sectors. Based on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics of slotless plating and slot plating and the productivity of the equipment, it is pointed out that the application of slotless plating is of great significance for production and combat readiness, its relationship with slot plating and the future research direction and emphasis of slotless plating . This article is available for research and use of non-groove plating of the relevant departments for reference.
